Based on Michael Morpugo’s ‘Moon and the Dolphin’ book, to be published by Harper Collins: Moon, a ten year old boy with Down’s syndrome discovers unexpected allies in a dolphin and his new friend, Milly.  A series of quiet revelations leads to a moving father‑and‑son story, in which kindness and courage outshine cruelty. An animated feature —tender, lyrical, and full of sea‑light.

Screenplay written by John Hay with Rik Carmichael, adapted from Michael Morpurgo’s book which will be published by HarperCollins. The animation will be directed by Jason Carpenter. The music will be composed by David Arnold, who has scored five Bond films, and the story will be narrated by Liam Neeson.
